UKAP Learning Scheme
UKAP Learning is our quality assurance scheme for colleges offering UKAP tuition. As we do not offer the tuition towards the qualification ourselves, we launched the scheme to make sure that UKAP students receive qualitative education.
The success of the UKAP Learning scheme depends on the effective partnership between UKAP institutions, students and, very often, employers. So it is vital that there is commitment from all sides if it is to lead to overall improvement in the quality of courses.
The scheme concentrates on the key teaching, learning and review aspects of UKAP course provision. We aim to increase the co-operation with providers of UKAP education and make sure that a greater understanding exists about what is needed in a UKAP programme.
Aims of the scheme
The scheme aims to support tutors by focusing on key aspects of the UKAP Learning matrix - namely teaching, learning and review, in order to provide qualitative tuition to students.
We've established, and will maintain and continuously improve, the quality assurance framework which upholds benchmark standards within the UKAP Learning matrices for UKAP tuition providers, encouraging and disseminating good practice. UKAP reserves the right to alter the scheme where necessary.
The UKAP Learning scheme makes it easy for employers and students to find quality UKAP courses.
